Provide support to the WSHO and ECO in all EHS-related tasks as assigned by the WSHO, ECO, or Project Manager
Conduct EHS induction training for new employees, workers, and contractors
Ensure that Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Environmental Aspect & Impact Registers are properly communicated and understood by workers and subcontractors
Assist the WSHO in carrying out site safety inspections and ensure all non-compliances are recorded, tracked, and closed out promptly
Support the planning and coordination of safety briefings, Toolbox Meetings, and other EHS campaigns, training sessions, and programmes
Maintain proper documentation and records for all safety-related activities
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a similar EHS role (preferably in construction)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with Safety Management Systems and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Possess relevant Workplace Safety & Health certifications (e.g. WSH Coordinator Course recognized by Workplace Safety and Health Council)
