WSH Coordinator

Responsibilities:

. Preparation and submission of Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for each project and workshop.

. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

. Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) rules, regulations, and safe work practices among workers.

. Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for site personnel.

. Prepare, maintain, and update all safety documentation, reports, and records.

. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and recommend preventive measures.

. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure safety compliance throughout project execution.

. Manage and ensure compliance with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

. Take responsibility for ISO implementation, internal audits, external audits, and certification renewals.

. Maintain and update ISO documentation, procedures, and records in line with certification requirements.

. Liaise with external auditors and consultants during ISO audits and compliance reviews.

. Monitor project operations to ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and environmental requirements.

. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

. Candidate must possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator).

. Knowledge or experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and audits is required.

. Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and WSH Act.

. Other WSH-related certifications will be an added advantage.

. Required language(s): Fluent in English.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

. Willing to travel between multiple project site
