WPH - UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will conduct heuristic and usability evaluations, plan and execute end-to-end user testing, and translate findings into actionable insights on customer needs and pain points. You will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized across multiple devices and interfaces, while identifying design challenges and crafting thoughtful, effective solutions.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX execution throughout the development process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UX design for digital products, strong research and analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required. Candidates with more than three years of experience may be considered for a senior position

Job Duties

• Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
• Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers needs and pain points.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.
• Proven record of the Product UX designs.
• Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
• Experience with end-to-end research projects from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
• Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
• Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
• Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior position.
