Main Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the efficient andeffective operation of the service department, providing high-quality serviceswhile maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Supervise all Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
- Plan & manage all vehicle input & output.
- Assign technician for servicing on vehicles.
- Conduct SODB in the absent of OIC.
- Support recovery (in / out premise).
- Attend meetings with OIC.
- Monitor all spares required.
- Oversee the work of Automotive Technical Officers (ATOs) and work closely with Service Advisors.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide guidance and feedback to the team members.
- Ensure that all services are performed at a high standard and in compliance with the industry regulations and safety standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for ATOs and other team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of service equipment and tools, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Address operational challenges and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide strong leadership, motivation, and support to team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevent experience
- Experience in the Automotive line is preffered
- Good knowledge in ISO related management systems
- Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Degree
