We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to support the maintenance and repair of Menck equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring our workshop operations run smoothly and equipment is kept in peak condition.
Duties & Main Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on maintenance, servicing and assembly of Menck equipment according to specified assembly drawings and procedures
- Repair and maintenance of customer equipment in accordance with maintenance and servicing plans
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce operational risks
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the workshop
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Support ongoing projects at the SIN Hub by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and parts usage reports
- Ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering
- Hands on experience with heavy-duty hydraulic equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and engineering drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Safety-conscious, with good teamwork and communication skills
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PR) in Singapore are encouraged to apply
