Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager will serve as a team leader in an airbase. He/She will oversee and optimize the entire service line to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of repair and maintenance services.

Main Roles & Responsbilities

- Lead the Workshop team to fulfil Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

- Monitor training currency for all staff (Work with Trainer)

- Manage the monthly KPI

- Liaise with customer for any O&A job

- Manage monthly costing

- Submission of Monthly Report

- Work with ESD for all EC & STI jobs

- Attend monthly CEN meeting (Roll as Secretary & slide presentation)

- Attend to all customer requests

- Manage staff OT

- Conduct SODB

- Manage MSD clearance for staff

- Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous
. Diploma in any Mechanical or Engineering disciplines, Business Administration or relevant subjects with minimum 3 years experience in service operations and tehcnical analysis.
