Role Description

To lead the vehicle workshop by improving technician efficiency, morale, and technical quality, while ensuring smooth workflow, correct manpower deployment, and full readiness of tools, equipment, and skills.

Job Requirement

• Strong hands-on background in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics
• Experience managing technicians and workshop operations

• Improved technician efficiency and morale
• Reduced vehicle turnaround time and lower rework or repeat fault rates
• Well-organised, fully equipped workshop
• Stable, skilled, and accountable technical team

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant working experience in a workshop, automotive or similar operational environment.
