Overall responsible for the Profit & Loss for Workshop Business Unit.
Oversees and manage the daily operations of the Workshop Business Unit .
To increase the sales & profit of the Workshop Business Unit through expansion of customer base & growing more business with each customer
Identify & introduce new service opportunities
Manage the schedule of workshop repair jobs & technician team efficiently & effectively to meet customers expectation of vehicle short downtime in the workshop.
To achieve high level of customer satisfaction
Develop & enhance strong rapport & relationship with customers
Develop & enhance strong service brand image
Train & develop a knowledgeable and technically strong service team (technicians & service advisors) to support the customers, improve the workshop processes and increase productivity.
To manage the 24/7 vehicle recovery.
To be involve in adhoc project (if any)
To comply with company's policy and systems
To assist in other department when necessary and required
Be able to attend to customers as and when required, including Sundays and Public Holidays and after office hours.
To have the right working attitude towards your job and your colleagues and
Any and all other duties which the Company may at any time assign to you.
Achieve annual sales target and Nett Profit target
Customer Satisfaction level for workshop service
Efficiently and professionally running a workshop
Requirements:
Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent with at least 5 years in the operation environment preferably from automotive industry.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Highly self-motivated with good business acumen.
Knowledge of various tools, equipment and procedures in workshops for troubleshooting and repairing vehicles will have an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in Risk and Quality Management.
Able to lead by example, analytical, and innovative.
