Workshop Engineer (Open to fresh engineering uni & diploma grads)

Workshop Operations

• Assist in repair, maintenance, and cleaning of boilers and related industrial equipment

• Carry out routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks

• Work alongside experienced engineers to develop practical diagnostic skills

Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare accurate service and maintenance reports for client deliverables

• Support engineers in creating technical drawings and documentation

• Track and update maintenance schedules and work order records

Project & Quality Support

• Assist in managing material procurement and inventory for workshop projects

• Support quality checks and safety compliance inspections on-site

• Participate in client meetings and coordinate project timelines

Who We're Looking For

◆ Eligible to work in Singapore

◆ Comfortable in a hands-on workshop environment

◆ Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering

◆ Fresh engineering graduates and candidates with up to 2 years experience welcome

◆ Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
