Assist the Project Workplace Safety and Health Manager (WSHM) in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)-related documents and management systems.
Coordinate closely with the Construction Team to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with the approved Method Statement and Risk Assessment (MSRA).
Conduct regular in-house WSH refresher training for site personnel to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
Carry out incident and accident investigations (if any), prepare investigation reports for submission, and recommend corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
Support site safety inspections, audits, and WSH-related meetings as required.
Ensure compliance with MOM, LTA, and project-specific WSH requirements.
Registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience as a WSHO.
At least 3 years of experience as a Main Contractor WSHO in construction projects.
Experience working on LTA projects and familiar with LTA WSH / WSHE requirements will be an advantage.
Experience in rail or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a site environment.
