Position Overview
- Salary Range: S$4,000 - S$5,500/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
- Work Location: Site-based at semiconductor facilities in Tampines and across Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
- Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (renewable or convertible based on performance)

What You'll Do
As part of the site-based safety team, you'll ensure full compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health regulations and maintain a culture of safety excellence within a high-tech cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance in alignment with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments to ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Oversee permit-to-work systems, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, daily EHS reports, and performance summaries.
- Support EHS programs, emergency response drills, and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure safe work execution.
- Gain exposure to advanced cleanroom operations, with full safety and procedural training provided.
What They're Looking For
- MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Good understanding of local safety standards, risk management, and ISO systems.
- Strong communication and reporting skills able to engage both local and international teams.
- Immediate or short-notice availability will be an added advantage.
