Responsibilities
- Support project and construction managers in coordinating and executing site activities to achieve project objectives
- Prepare and conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement appropriate safety control measures
- Ensure full compliance with BCA SMM requirements, MOM, and NEA regulations to uphold legal and safety standards
- Monitor and enforce on-site safety practices in line with company policies and procedures
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of safety measures and a safe working environment
- Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with regulatory authorities requirements
- Lead and manage safety inspections to proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Promote and uphold environmental, health, and safety (EHS) best practices across all construction activities
- Drive the adoption of digital tools to enhance workforce management and EHS monitoring
Required Competencies & Certifications
- Relevant BCA safety training certifications
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer with MOM
- Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA
- Certified in Confined Space Assessment with valid accreditation
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Registered Environmental Control Management Officer (ECMO) with PUB (advantageous)
- Experience in Precast, PPVC, or Modular Integrated Construction (MiC/MET) projects is a plus
