Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and review Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, SOPs and safety management systems
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
  • Ensure compliance with WSH Act, subsidiary regulations, Code of Practice and industry best practices
  • Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings and training sessions for site personnel
  • Investigate accidents, near misses and incidents, recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare incident reports, statutory submissions and regulatory documentation
  • Liaise with MOM, main contractors, project consultants and relevant stakeholders on safety requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external safety audits
  • Track WSH performance, monitor safety metrics
  • Ensure all subcontractors comply with safety rules and implement proper safe work procedures
  • Support project teams in preparing Safety plans (PTW,RA, SWP, Emergency Response Plan)
  • Maintain safety records and documentation for audit and tender purposes
  • Candidates must be a MOM-registered WSHO
    Preference will be given to local candidates with relevant experience in construction industry
  • Candidates must be willing to travel to various project sites islandwide
  • Work Week: 5.5 days
    Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
    Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm
