Job Description

Develop, implement, and review Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, SOPs and safety management systems
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
Ensure compliance with WSH Act, subsidiary regulations, Code of Practice and industry best practices
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings and training sessions for site personnel
Investigate accidents, near misses and incidents, recommend corrective and preventive actions
Prepare incident reports, statutory submissions and regulatory documentation
Liaise with MOM, main contractors, project consultants and relevant stakeholders on safety requirements
Coordinate internal and external safety audits
Track WSH performance, monitor safety metrics
Ensure all subcontractors comply with safety rules and implement proper safe work procedures
Support project teams in preparing Safety plans (PTW,RA, SWP, Emergency Response Plan)
Maintain safety records and documentation for audit and tender purposes

Candidates must be a MOM-registered WSHO
Preference will be given to local candidates with relevant experience in construction industry
Candidates must be willing to travel to various project sites islandwide
Work Week: 5.5 days
Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm
