Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities.
Lead and assist in investigating any near miss, incident or accident, dangerous occurrence that occurs.
Develop documentation for the Project - Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, etc
Conduct internal HSE related training
Manage and lead a team of WSH Coordinators
Prepare HSE reports and statutory reports in the required formats
Organise HSE promotion and health campaigns, training courses
To act as Secretary to the HSE Committee and assist the Chairman in planning and directing the functions of the HSE Committee.
Liaise with the government authorities
Requirement:
At least 3 years post registration experience and relevant to the scope of work of the contracts and possess construction works experience with bored and mined tunneling.
Possess locally recognized Diploma or Degree in Engineering Discipline.
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Confined Space Assessor
Risk Management trained
Safety Management System auditor trained
Accident Investigation trained
Training experience, conducts HSE training (internal or external)
Well conversant in Microsoft Office and languages used by workers.
Applicant must be willing to work in the East area.
