Workplace Safety & Compliance
Support the implementation and monitoring of workplace safety and health policies across regional sites.
Conduct workplace risk assessments, safety reviews, and compliance checks.
Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and preventive action tracking.
Promote a positive safety culture through communication and awareness initiatives.
Facilities Operations (Coordination & Oversight)
Coordinate facility-related activities to ensure offices and workplaces remain safe, compliant, and operational.
Liaise with external service providers and vendors on routine servicing and workplace support matters.
Monitor service delivery standards and ensure contractual requirements are met.
Support workplace improvement, sustainability, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Maintain records related to inspections, vendor servicing, and compliance documentation.
Training & Preparedness
Organize safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency preparedness activities.
Support emergency response planning and workplace drills.
Reporting
Prepare regular reports on safety performance, compliance status, and workplace operations.
Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Studies, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace safety, facilities operations, or compliance-focused roles.
Knowledge of local WSH regulations and safety management frameworks (e.g. ISO standards).
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
