Ensure full compliance with WSH Act, relevant regulations, client and contractor in-house requirements; maintain WSH audit procedures according to regulatory and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits; prepare detailed audit reports; review and update findings; evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Review or conduct investigations for incidents and near misses; ensure proper reporting and follow-up actions are implemented.
Review and communicate RA and SWP; ensure contractors documents are effective, legally compliant, and site-specific; observe toolbox talks and safety meetings for effectiveness.
Conduct documentation reviews; support the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, documentation controls, and safety campaigns.
Support delivery of WSH training; liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities (MOM, SCDF); carry out any additional WSH duties assigned by the client.
Requirements
Must be Registered Safety Officer.
Minimum of 5 Yrs Experience in Handling projects as Client Representative.
Able to handle Multiple contractors and guide their WSH Team.
