Location: Yishun (HDB BTO Project)
Duration: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the workplace complies with the WSH Act, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and carry out risk assessments.
- Develop, review, and maintain WSH policies, Safe Work Procedures, and statutory records.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and recommend preventive actions.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training to promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor and supervise high-risk activities (e.g., work at height, lifting operations) to ensure safe practices.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and conduct emergency drills.
- Work closely with management, contractors, and workers to resolve safety issues and improve overall WSH performance.
Requirements:
- Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- Possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant WSH experience.
- Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Preferred candidate with HDB BTO experience
