Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health,Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree is highly desirable.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a dedicated safety role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Extensive experience in the construction or related heavy industry is required.
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in safety management systems and advanced data analysis software.
- Expert ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
