Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and administer Workplace Safety & Health Training's and briefings.
- Develop HSE plan.
- Inspect & rectify unsafe practices and conditions at the worksite.
- Facilitate incident investigation together with project team.
- Ensure that all site activities adhere to legal regulations, including Environmental regulations, WSH Act.
- Attend Site Safety Meeting.
- Administration of Safety Management System
Requirements:
- Advance certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
- Must possess Work at Height for Supervisor, Confined Space Assessor and Supervise Workplace Health and Safety.
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate.
- Well-versed in Workplace Safety & Health Act and its subsidiary legislation.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in construction industries.
