The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
Preparation and submission of reports
Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.
Requirements
Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
At least 3 years of experience as a WSH Officer with LTA projects
Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree
