Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC)

Job Description

. To assist WSH Officer in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in Construction environment

. Monitor and report all work or operation that violate safety procedures, instructions, or would endanger life and property

. Prepare daily/weekly workplace safe/unsafe observation report

. Accident and incident investigation

. Report all incident and accident as per site/project and company's emergency reporting protocol

. Conduct safety training of employees

. Conduct regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions

. Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function

Job Requirement

. At least 3 years of working experience as WSH Coordinator in LTA project.

. Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace, Safety and Health (Level B) as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower's accepted WSH-related qualifications.

. Possess ability in risk identification and execution of relevant team for rectification soonest possible.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Coordination with Subcon, Client, various agencies, and interfacing parties.

. Good knowledge of WSHE practices.
