Job Description

  • Meet with client leadership and other client representatives and support the operational aspects to achieve alignment with the master timeline and the deliverable milestones within the timeline
  • Support the drafting and editing of newsletters and communication materials
  • Implement regular communications to clients and to Colliers regarding project progress
  • Provide clear direction for selected service providers on expectations, develop and implement clear and achievable service levels with remediation and escalation on disputes
  • Develop options, finalize project concepts and prepare final documents for client approval

Qualifications

  • 1- 2 years of working experience in either corporate real estate occupier consulting/ Business Analysis. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
  • Excellent communication skills, graphic design and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior client leaders
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present in simple summarized ways. Proficient in MS office
