Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, workforce strategy, human capital consulting, organizational transformation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights
• Experience working with data, research, and business analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within team environments
