About the Role
As a Workforce Development Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Singapore's semiconductor talent landscape. You will help coordinate and deliver national workforce development programmes that enable individuals to upskill and transition into meaningful careers within the semiconductor value chain.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination
. Support the management and execution of workforce development and reskilling programmes for industry professionals.
. Collaborate with partner companies, training providers, and government agencies to ensure seamless programme operations.
. Track participants progress, verify documentation, and prepare accurate reports and claims.
. Maintain structured records and data dashboards to monitor outcomes and ensure compliance.
Talent and Education Outreach
. Support student and school engagement initiatives such as career talks, industry showcases, and education outreach events to inspire future engineers and technologists.
. Assist in planning and delivering workforce-related events, workshops, and campaigns that strengthen Singapore's semiconductor talent ecosystem.
Operational Excellence
. Manage documentation, scheduling, and communications efficiently.
. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all administrative processes.
Driving Productivity Through AI Adoption

Requirements
. Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
. 1-3 years of experience in programme administration, HR, or coordination roles.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and data management.
. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
. Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and driven by purpose.
. Keen interest in learning and applying AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
. Comfortable engaging with industry professionals and external partners.
