Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Recruitment, Security, Reporting, Compensation, Learning, Integrations
• Build and maintain Workday Studio Integrations
• Configure Business Processes, including security, process flows, and notifications
• Set up integration attributes, maps, field overrides, and integration services
• Create and manage Calculated Fields
• Develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
• Handle Inbound and Outbound EIBs
• Configure and manage Workday Security Groups
• Troubleshoot issues within a structured Workday support model

Required Skills :

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Strong proficiency with Studio integrations
• Good understanding of reporting, security, and BP configuration
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
