We are seeking a Workday Reporting professional with strong hands-on
experience in Workday reporting and report administration, along with solid
expertise in Power BI and SSRS reporting and development. The primary focus of
this role will be managing, developing, and supporting Workday reports and
reporting requirements while also contributing to the organization's broader
business intelligence and reporting needs.
The ideal candidate will combine strong Workday Report Writer capabilities with
practical experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and SSRS
reports. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand
reporting requirements, develop effective reporting solutions, ensure data accuracy,
and provide ongoing support for enterprise reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary resource for Workday reporting, including report
development, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Design, develop, modify, and maintain Workday custom and advanced
reports based on business requirements.
Work with Workday data sources, business objects, calculated fields, prompts,
filters, and reporting logic.
Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday reports, data accuracy, report
performance, and access/security.
Partner with HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather reporting
requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support
business and operational reporting needs.
Develop and maintain SSRS reports, including report layouts, datasets,
parameters, filters, expressions, and subscriptions.
Write and optimize SQL queries used to support Power BI and SSRS reporting
requirements.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and
integrity of reporting outputs.
Support report testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production
deployment.
Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes and automate
recurring reporting requirements.
