Workday Integration Consultant/Developer_Contract

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Integrate Workday with external HR, Finance, and third-party systems ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end integration solutions.
• Develop reports using BIRT (Eclipse).
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specs, integration workbooks, and test plans (SIT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and track delivery progress.
• Follow SDLC/SDM processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Basic knowledge of Workday security and business processes required.
• Exposure to Unix scripting, SFTP, Control-M, Connect Direct is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field
• 3+ years of Workday Integration experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
