Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting).
- Configure and maintain Workday applications based on client/business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT.
- Lead or support Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
- Perform system testing (unit testing, UAT) and ensure data integrity.
- Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Support integrations and data migration activities.
- Train end-users and create documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 2–8+ years of experience working with Workday (depending on role level).
- Hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting).
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR/Finance domains.
- Experience in Workday configuration (business process frameworks, security, reporting).
- Knowledge of Workday tools like EIB, Workday Studio, or integrations (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., APIs, XML, XSLT).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
