Job Title: Workday Financials Implementation Consultant (3-Month Contract, Extendable)

Location: Singapore (On-site/Hybrid)

Engagement Type: Contract - 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Implementation Consultant to support a finance system configuration and deployment project in Singapore. This is a 6-month engagement with strong potential for extension, depending on project scope and delivery milestones.

This role requires hands-on expertise in configuring and implementing Workday Financial Management modules within a live project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Workday Financials modules (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects as applicable)
• Translate business requirements into functional design and system configuration
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including design workshops, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live preparation
• Partner closely with Finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support data migration, reporting setup, and system integrations where required
• Provide best practice recommendations aligned to Workday Financials capabilities
• Assist with post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer if applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Workday Financials implementation projects
• Hands-on configuration expertise across one or more Workday Financial Management modules
• Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, P2P, R2R, etc.)
• Experience conducting design workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Prior experience in Singapore or APAC projects preferred
• Workday Financials certification is highly advantageous
• Available to commit to a 3 to 6 months engagement
