Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and gather detailed requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions, configuring Workday Financials to meet organizational needs and best practices.
Develop and execute test plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and support data conversion activities.
Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality, advising on optimal system utilization and process improvements.
Develop and deliver training to end-users and administrators.
