Join our team as a Workday Finance Consultant and play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Workday Financial Management solutions for our partners in Singapore. You will lead projects, manage resources, and deliver high-quality results, ensuring the successful adoption of Workday Finance solutions.
Your Missions
- Lead Workday Finance implementations, overseeing end-to-end setup, configuration, and customization of Workday Financial Management modules.
- Collaborate with partners to gather financial and accounting requirements and translate them into Workday Finance solutions.
- Design and test Workday Finance systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure accuracy, compliance, and functionality.
- Provide training for end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective system usage across finance teams.
- Build strong relationships with partners, offering expert guidance on financial processes and ensuring satisfaction.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, financial processes, and workflows.
- Stay updated on Workday Financial Management updates, accounting standards, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, successful completion.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Workday Finance projects (support, implementation, migration, or optimization).
- Knowledge and experience in configuring Workday Financial Management or other SaaS ERP/Cloud finance solutions.
- Workday certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Reporting, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a dynamic personality.
- Proactive and responsive in communication with partners and team members.
- Fluent in English.
