Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive testing of workbench applications and systems across multiple environments
- Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
- Identify, document, and track defects using established bug tracking systems
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct performance and load testing to assess system stability and reliability
- Participate in test automation initiatives and maintain automated test scripts
- Provide clear and timely feedback on quality issues and testing progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools
- Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test strategies
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of banking or financial systems is preferred
