Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our lead lists
- Use our proven call framework to engage leads and build genuine interest
- Book qualified client appointments and confirm schedules
- Track all call activity and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Join regular coaching and performance check-ins
Requirements:
- Min. GCE O Level or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and apply new techniques
- Motivated by targets and personal growth
- Eligible to work in Singapore
