Woodlands / Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Manage and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for all tender submissions

. Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

. Carry out quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and document requirements

. Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, to ensure full understanding of the project scope

. Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise timely clarification queries

. Provide cost inputs and supporting data in accordance with tender submission requirements

. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

. Prepare tender costing sheets

. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the works and deliverables

Requirements:

. Diploma and/or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

. Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
