Wireless Workforce Management System SME

Responsibilities

• Prior experience or exposure to workforce management systems (WWMS), mobile field apps, or enterprise systems like SAP.
• Experience of design, develop, deploy field service / workforce management system such as Verisae Viryanaet G4 / Accruent vField Accruent is a must.
• Ensure accurate, real-time updates of job status, meter readings, and follow-up actions via mobile or tablet-based WWMS.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new digital features or change requests for WWMS and related platforms.
• Experience in scalable meter reading solution to support field operations teams to perform efficient meter data collection and processing.
• Hands-on experience in microservices-based event-driven architecture leveraging Apache Kafka to enable scalable, real-time event processing and communication between producer and subscriber systems.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud technologies.
• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.
• Software development experience in software design, architecture, development, integration, testing & support.

Requirements

• Experience with Workforce Management Solutions, including field service and mobile workforce management systems such as Verisae Viryanaet G4 / Accruent vField.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Application Development, including software design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture, particularly using Apache Kafka.
• Experience with Cloud and Container Technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD Automation using tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Experience in System Integration and API Development.
• Knowledge or experience in Electric Vehicle Charging Systems, including OCPP/OCPI, is preferred.
• Experience in Application Support and ITIL Operations.
• Strong skills in Solution Design and Technical Leadership.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.
