Wire-Cut/ EDM/ Superdrill Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain precision wire-cut/EDM/Superdrill machines.
• Read, interpret and review drawings and specifications.
• Check finished parts before proceeding to the next manufacturing process/department.
• Able to meet daily production targets.
• Proper housekeeping and maintenance of all the machines assigned.
• Ensure general workplace safety.

Job Requirements:

• NTC2 in precision machining
• Experience in PRECISION ENGINEERING industry
• With at least 5 years relevant working experience in operating Wire Cut Machines
• Good knowledge of New Cam programming
• Excellent knowledge on EDM/ Superdrill machine
• Well versed with Milling Machine
• Have experience with Bench Work too
• Must be familiar with Wire Cut Programming
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Must be able to work Over-Time
