Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-user computing support and manage Windows client provisioning
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environment
- Manage operating systems: Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
- Oversee VMware infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
- Communicate effectively with Japan Head Office in Japanese for IT-related matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system reliability and security
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Windows client provisioning & end-user computing support
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server management
- VMware infrastructure experience
- Scripting with PowerShell
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN)
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow with the team
