Overall responsibilities:
The Retail & Wholesale Operations Executive is responsible for:
- Retail: Fully support Brand Director through internally and externally coordination with Store Managers on sales, products, budgets and procedures of the points of assigned sales area in order to achieve the objectives concerning sales, stock, quality, Brand image and expansion planned for the corresponding area or zone.
- Wholesale: Coordination of a specific clients portfolio (countries / clients to be defined) with ahigh level of service / reactivity / accuracy expected in all the requested tasks. The position comes as a strong support to the Wholesale Manager &team across a large range of commercial functions.
Objectives:
- Wholesale Orders - Processing & follow up of orders, coordination with the Customer Service team & clients on order creation / confirmation, detailed follow-up on delivery status / accounts payable / service rate
- Wholesale Pricing - Regular communication & update to the clients on the seasonal / carry-over price lists in coordination with the Finance team. Support the Wholesale Manager & team on regular internal pricing analysis
- Reporting / Business analysis - Weekly & monthly consolidation of clients sales results, KPI & business review. Close monitoring of clients stock & proposal of re-order opportunities. Weekly & monthly reporting of consolidated sales results / qualitative reports to Paris HQ. Support management on specific business & commercial analysis
- Wholesale Budget - Support the Wholesale Manager & team during the regular internal budget sessions
- Wholesale Buy - Support the Wholesale Manager & team during the buying sessions (clients OTB review & consolidation / appointment schedule / buy preparation / order consolidation / buy analysis)
- Retail and Wholesale Operations - Coordination of orders for packaging, uniforms & Visual Merchandising props
- Wholesale Defective - Manage quality claim & returns in coordination with the Customer Service team & clients
- Miscellaneous - Operations
- Monitor sales trends and provide deep dive analysis of sales and KPI with qualitative feedback to support the sales actions, if required by the store or Head of Retail, based on this prior analysis of profitability and planned objectives
- Able to work with subordinate on all other retail operations related business or logistics, store project including but not limited to stationeries, uniforms and packaging ordering
- Supervise operations aligned with compliance and internal control
- Supervise vendor contract and retail expense
- Support all stores event activation and results following up
- Coordinate with HR/Training regarding on boarding program and operational trainings
- Periodical store visit if needed
- Any other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Experience in retail or wholesale position is an advantage, curiosity andautonomy are required
- Degree holder in Fashion or Business Administration
- Excellent cross department and stakeholder communication, prioritization skills
- Well versed in MS Office tool, especially Excel and Power Point
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and proactive mindset
