About the Role

We are looking for a Wholesale & Intermediary Sales professional to drive our B2B distribution strategy across accredited and professional investor channels.

The primary objective of this role is to build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries, including External Asset Managers (EAMs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), Private Banks, and Independent Financial Advisors.

You will be responsible for expanding our wholesale distribution network, positioning our private market investment opportunities (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit), and driving capital raising efforts through intermediary-led B2B channels.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new intermediary partners, specifically targeting Private Banks, Brokerages, External Asset Managers (EAMs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), and Boutique Wealth Managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B intermediary partners to expand the firm's wholesale distribution footprint across the region.
  • Actively pitch the firm's deal flow, fund offerings, and investment platform to investment committees and relationship managers at partner firms.

Account Management & Distribution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for intermediary partners, ensuring timely updates on live deals, new fund launches, and investment mandates.
  • Educate intermediary partners and their Relationship Managers (RMs) on private market assets, including Pre-IPO opportunities, Venture Capital, and Private Credit, to enable effective distribution to end-clients.
  • Organize and conduct roadshows, investment briefings, and training sessions for partner firms and their RM teams.
  • Support intermediaries through the full distribution lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful deal or fund closings.

Strategy & Operations

  • Collaborate closely with the Investment Team to understand deal structures and translate complex financial information into compelling, compliant sales narratives for the wholesale market.
  • Provide market feedback from intermediary partners to internal product and investment teams to help structure offerings aligned with investor appetite.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to final capital deployment and closing.
  • Ensure all distribution activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for accredited and professional investors across relevant jurisdictions.

About You

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales, with a strong focus on Wholesale Distribution, Intermediary Sales, or Institutional Sales.
  • A transferable and active black book of relationships with EAMs, Family Offices, and Private Bankers in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Private Markets, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Credit, as well as the regulatory framework governing the distribution of alternative investments to accredited investors.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and structures to sophisticated wealth managers and investment professionals.
  • A true Sales Hunter mindset - self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fintech and investment environment.
