Simply Toys Wholesale Pte Ltd is a leading distributor of pop-culture merchandise. We bring the world's most beloved characters to life through high-quality products. We are currently seeking a high-energy Wholesale Brand Manager who combines sales expertise with a genuine passion for licensed Character IPs and/or anime.
As our Wholesale Brand Manager, you will be the bridge between our exciting product lines and major retail partners. Your primary mission is to drive revenue growth by managing relationships with key buyers and expanding our footprint in chain stores and retail accounts.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers from major chain stores and wholesale retail accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Sales Strategy & Growth: Actively identify opportunities to increase sales volume and shelf-space within existing accounts. You must be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Buyer Liaison: Regularly meet with buyers (in-person and virtually) to pitch new collections, negotiate terms, and secure orders.
Product Evangelism: Provide detailed and compelling product information to accounts. You must be able to articulate the unique selling points of various IPs and characters.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to recommend the right mix of Anime and Character products to specific retailers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and cohesive brand messaging.
Essential Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding and genuine interest in IP (Intellectual Property), Anime, and Character products are non-negotiable. You need to know what is trending and why fans love it.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or wholesale account management. Experience dealing with mass-market retailers is a strong plus.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be a confident negotiator and a clear communicator.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English is required for professional presentations and correspondence.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for sales analysis and PowerPoint for creating pitch decks).

Collaborative: Strong teamwork capabilities able to work harmoniously across different departments.
Organized: Ability to manage multiple accounts and product release schedules simultaneously.
There is no emphasis on education level working in Simply Toys.
