Western Food Store Manager - WL

Benefits Summary:

• Industry: Bakery and Western Cuisine
• Working Days/Hours: 6 working days, 44 hours per week
• Outlet hours: 7am to 10pm.
• Shift: opening shift or closing shift
• Basic up to $3,400
• Location: Bedok/Swan Lake

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and profitability.
• Ensure excellent service and address customer concerns.
• Manage costs and budget efficiently.
• Schedule staff to match business needs.
• Hire, train, and lead the team.
• Enforce SOPs, regulations, and hygiene standards.

Additional Information:

• Passionate about service and people.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related fields preferred.
• 1 year managerial or 2 years supervisory experience in F&B preferred (cafes, restaurants, or similar).
• Strong team player and self-motivated.
• Availability for a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
