Job Description:

• Western kitchen focused on American BBQ and grill
• Deliver excellent culinary standards
• Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene
• Train and develop junior chefs (for Junior Sous Chef position)
• Manage stock levels and wastage (for Junior Sous Chef position)

Requirements:

• Western cuisine trained
• Culinary school qualifications a bonus but not critical
• Previous experience leading a kitchen team or section (for Junior Sous Chef position)
