As a Wellness Executive focused on mental wellness, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging educational content and programs to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote mental health awareness through workshops, resources, and research-driven initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and design evidence-based workshops and programs covering a wide range of mental health topics.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations in both physical and virtual settings to schools, workplaces, and community organizations.
- Create high-quality supplementary resources such as handouts, digital content, and educational materials.
- Evaluate workshop effectiveness through feedback analysis and continuous improvement cycles.
- Conduct ongoing research to integrate the latest mental health trends and clinical developments into existing programs.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, internal teams, health partners, and external stakeholders to achieve holistic care goals.
- Provide support for various ad hoc departmental assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in public speaking and audience engagement across various age groups.
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse demographic.
- Strong ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a collaborative team-player mindset.
