Job Description

  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
  • Perform welding operations in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) as needed.
  • Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
