Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up tools and equipment needed for welding tasks
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following standard procedures
• Ensure high quality work standards are met
• Care and safely handle welding equipment and tools
• Report fabrication issues and assist to resolve them as required
• Report job related issues to supervisor
• Inspect and maintain tools and welding equipment to ensure safe work environment
• Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Skilled in gas cutting, PP welding, metal arc welding and orbital welding
• Skilled in 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G welding techniques
• Welding certification is an advantage
• Able to follow standing SOPs and complete tasks within deadlines
• Able to carry out heavy lifting, climbing and prolong standing
