- Creation of email content, subject lines, and basic design/layout
- Management of email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Audience segmentation and list management
- A/B testing of campaigns (subject lines, timing, content)
- Performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions) and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and anti-spam regulations
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Keyword research and strategy aligned with business goals
- On-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimisation)
- Technical SEO support (site audits, page speed recommendations, indexing issues)
- Content recommendations to improve organic traffic
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Basic competitor and market analysis
- Website & Digital Support (if applicable)
- Creation and updating of basic website pages (landing pages, campaign pages)
- Identification and reporting of website bugs or performance issues
- Coordination with developers/designers where required
