Web3 Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain comprehensive data metrics and analytics frameworks.
• Understand business requirements, independently propose and design analytical solutions to support the needs of various departments.
• Use SQL or BI tools to extract, clean, and analyze data, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain routine and customized reports, providing regular business performance monitoring and analysis.
• Deeply explore data value, identify trends and insights, and propose improvement recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Operations, and Marketing) to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with solid skills in data processing and analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries independently, with strong data modelling ability.
• Familiar with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization to streamline analytical workflows.
• Experienced with mainstream BI tools and able to present analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business questions into data requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
