Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Hedge Fund Manager to support crypto fund research, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, and investment analysis across digital asset markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on Web3 hedge fund strategy, crypto market research, and digital asset investment opportunities.

The Web3 Hedge Fund Manager will monitor crypto market conditions, evaluate digital asset opportunities, support portfolio research, and prepare strategy materials across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in digital asset investing, hedge fund strategy, Web3 markets, and emerging financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets

• Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, market cycles, volatility, capital flows, investor sentiment, and on-chain activity

• Evaluate digital asset opportunities across DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, protocols, stablecoins, tokenized markets, and crypto-native financial products

• Support portfolio strategy, fund positioning, asset allocation research, risk awareness, liquidity analysis, and market exposure reviews

• Track developments across crypto exchanges, Web3 startups, venture activity, regulatory updates, institutional adoption, and blockchain ecosystems

• Prepare hedge fund research reports, investment notes, market intelligence updates, opportunity briefs, and strategy materials

• Collaborate with team members on digital asset research, portfolio analysis, investment strategy, and Web3 market initiatives

• Maintain organized research files, portfolio trackers, opportunity pipelines, token watchlists, risk notes, and crypto intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web3 hedge funds, digital assets, blockchain, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized finance

• Familiarity with investment research, hedge fund strategy, digital asset markets, crypto portfolios, token analysis, or Web3 ecosystems

• Understanding of liquidity, market cycles, capital flows, volatility, portfolio exposure, risk factors, and crypto-native financial systems

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, financial research platforms, or market data sources is a plus

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, research, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to explain investment insights, market trends, risk considerations, and digital asset opportunities clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in investment research, crypto research, fund analysis, portfolio analysis, fintech, consulting, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD105,000 - SGD120,000 per year depending on experience
