Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and business-driven Growth & Business Operations professional to join our team. This role bridges strategy, operations, and client success — driving the growth, scalability, and efficiency of our custody and Web3 service offerings.

You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, compliance, and commercial teams to

streamline business processes, identify new opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver

measurable value to institutional clients in the fast-evolving digital asset landscape.

Responsibilities:

1) Drive business growth and scalability:

Identify and execute opportunities to enhance client adoption, expand product usage, and optimize revenue-related processes across custody and settlement offerings.

2) Translate strategic initiatives into operational execution:

Collaborate with product, compliance, and technology teams to design and operationalize new solutions, features, and workflows that support business expansion and client needs.

3) Support go-to-market and client engagement efforts:

Partner with the commercial team to refine client onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies — ensuring smooth integration and high client satisfaction.

4) Operational excellence and process innovation:

Evaluate and refine key operational models to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance while supporting growth objectives.

5) Team leadership and management

Proven experience leading or managing small teams, with the ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders to drive execution

6) Cross-functional project leadership:

Lead or support cross-departmental projects that drive new product delivery, regulatory readiness, and business process improvements.

7) Client and partner relationship management:

Build strong relationships with institutional clients and ecosystem partners, acting as a trusted liaison to address business needs and facilitate solution delivery.

8) Insights and analytics:

Monitor operational metrics, business trends, and client behavior to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making.

9) Compliance and risk alignment:

Ensure that new business initiatives, integrations, and client workflows adhere to regulatory and risk management standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Project Management, ideally

within crypto custody, fintech, or financial services sectors.

• Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, custody solutions, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience working closely with commercial, product, and compliance functions to launch and scale services.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC and institutional onboarding processes across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify bottlenecks, propose data-driven solutions, and execute improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence, coordinate, and deliver across teams.
• Highly adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in English (native or fluent). Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
