We are extending Trustdecision's decade-long Web2 risk control capabilities (device fingerprinting, network analytics, anti-fraud decision engines) into the Web3 space to build an on-chain asset risk and compliance SaaS product.

If you have deep understanding and hands-on experience in any of the following areas — cryptocurrency compliance (AML/CFT, Travel Rule, regulatory reporting), blockchain analysis (address tracking, entity clustering, on-chain behavior profiling), or stablecoin risk (issuance, exchange, cross-chain flow monitoring) — we look forward to speaking with you.

Open roles : Sales, Pre-sales Solutions, Product Manager...

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in the crypto/Web3 space (compliance, on-chain analysis, risk product, or institutional sales/pre-sales);
2. Possesses basic knowledge of on-chain data structures and major blockchains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Solana);
3. Can work in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, and business communication);
4. Demonstrates strong logical thinking and collaboration skills.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with tools or data platforms such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, Dune;
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks like FATF, MiCA, OFAC;
• Experience applying LLM/AI Agent in compliance or risk control scenarios.
